Directions: For best results, use as directed for 4 weeks. Brush regularly with Colgate Optic White toothpaste and Colgate 360 Degree Optic White toothbrush and rinse with Colgate Optic White Mouthwash for a whiter smile. My favorite whitening toothpaste
I started using this when I found out that the blue dots in the Crest whitening toothpaste could get lodged into your gums. This works just as well, and is all white (no blue dots). In all fairness, Crest said they are working to remove the "blue dots."
