Hefty Slider Zipper Storage Bags, Quart, 20 Ct

This is a 20 count box of Hefty storage bags. Quart size with a slider It says on the box that it has a stronger seal than Ziploc bags, when shaken , dropped or stacked It has a patented maxlock track design for an extra strong seal, clicks closed so you know its closed, with a zipping sound indicating the seal is secure I like the white box on the bag so you can write what it is and when bagged I like that they are made by Reynolds in the U.S.A I realy like the slider because it makes it so easy to close the bags. I've had a hard time getting other bags to close and stay closed. But no problem with these bags I use them for leftovers and for separating larger packages of things They are great for mixing up your own trail mix for driving trips. I use them for separating my craft items so it is easier to see what I need and easy to get them It is very handy for making a first aid kit to carry in my purse There are so many things these can be used for to carry things to keep them clean and easy to get to I highly recommend these because they are so strong and easy to use

This Hefty storage was durable and stood the test for leakage - the bag did not leak at the corners or at the top after the bag was zipped. A nice feature of these bags is that the bag is marked with "closed" so that should your bag open for any reason, you know if you opened it or not! These bags are good for multiple uses - just wash the inside of the bag with dish detergent and you are set to re-use the bag. The white line on the front is good for labeling with a pen or marker as long as it is dry. These bags can be used in the freezer, but since they are thinner than freezer bags they may have a tendency to become brittle and crack. These bags are great for storing leftovers, even stews with gravy or soup. If you use the microwave to reheat, be sure to open the bag just a little so it won't explode.
