Stableload Stainless Steel W/Drill

Walmart had the best price I could find for this product. First time installation of this type of equipment. Heavy duty construction. Stabilizer is designed to easily engage when carrying a load or disengage for normal driving. Kit comes with 2 drill bits required to drill a hole in the overload spring. Torklift Int has a tool available to make drilling easier, but I used a cargo strap to increase pressure on the drill (see photo). The strap worked VERY well. I used common motor oil to lubricate the bit periodically rather than purchasing cutting oil. Doing this, I only used one of the drill bits provided. Instruction are a bit difficult to understand for a first time installer, but followed carefully, installation is fairly easy for a do-it-yourselfer. Installed on a Ram 3500 to stabilize when hauling a camper.
