I did not know that this unit need to be fixed to the outlet using a screw. Unfortunately the screw came with this unit was not sufficient to tighten it to the wall unit. Need a longer screw to fix it properly.

Great Outlet w/ Surge protection
This is a great value and works well. The surge protection is quite high for a plug in such as this. You just remove the screw from your backplate, plug this one in and screw in the provided screw to keep it in place. Now my telephone and items I plug in to charge (such as iPad) are protected.
