Arctic Wind New 8,000 BTU (13,000 BTU ASHRAE) Portable Air Conditioner with Heat Pump, Up to 400 Sq.Ft, White, 2APP13000

I got the Arctic Wind portable air conditioner to use in my computer/craft room. This room gets warm with the heat from computers, heat guns, etc. I don't like the look of an air conditioner sticking out of the window, especially since this room faces the front of the house, so I thought I would give this portable air conditioner a try. Well let me say I should have gotten this a long time ago!! It keep the room cool and comfortable no matter what I'm doing. I love the remote control!! I can sit at the table and adjust the temperature, fan speed, etc. The directions were easy to follow and setup was simple. The window exhaust is small and sleek, it's hardly noticeable from outside. It can be a little noisy at high speed, but I usually have music on so this doesn't bother me and it's only on high until the room cools off, then you can lower the fan speed. I highly recommend this portable air conditioner!!!!

Arctic Wind portable air conditioner Model 2AP7500A is a great unit to cool a large room. With 7500 BTU's it starts cooling as soon as you plug it in any outlet. No special wiring needed. You do need to vent it out a window and the company provides all the equipment you need for this. It is better than a window unit for me as I can roll it around to different rooms if needed. You just need to vent it out.
