Blue Diamond Ceramic Nonstick Fry Pan/Skillet, 8 Inch Frypan

My dad purchased this pan and told me about how much he liked it so I thought I would give it a try. It is just what I needed for frying or scrambling eggs or cooking one burger. I also use it to heat up or fry tortillas on high heat. I works great for everything I have cooked in it. Thanks dad for the recommendation.

This pan is unbelievable as far as anything sticking to it. I've cooked eggs and grilled toast and blistered peppers and made a frittata and omelettes and cooked down tomatoes…. Nothing sticks. Now I do hand wash it even though it says it's dishwasher safe and I haven't put it in the oven, but it handles a higher temperature than all others It does have a flaw, however, and that is the candle gets hot … really hot, but since it's so impervious to sticking, I'm willing to overlook that. I have tried several and worn several out and thrown them away.. nonstick pans are not meant to be permanent and when you see any of the coding wearing off, it's time to get rid of it. This one still looks as good as new.
