Great milk product

I switched to almond milk a few years ago. I've used it in cooking, baking, cereal, and pudding mixes. I don't notice a difference from regular milk, although I don't drink it. This is a really good product and has a shelf life of up to a year per the expiration date. It's so nice to be able to just pull an additional carton out of the pantry and put it in the fridge when needed.
