Looks nice, short cartridge life

We had this installed a little over a year ago, in new construction. It looks great, although as others have mentioned, has no pressure control, and the temperature control seems rather flaky. Our biggest problem is that it started dripping after 12 months. Hopefully the new cartridge will last a little longer.

Works great but cartridge has short life

Cartridge in Eva bath/shower faucet got stuck in one position and won't come out. Moen was prompt in sending me a replacement part but I am surprised that the life on the cartridge is so short since it was installed in a new home built by the builder (Pulte) just 5 years back!

Fantastic Product but needs maintenance

We built a new home about 3 years ago and had 4 of these installed with the build. After 3 years, 3 of the 4 shower faucets (that get used daily) have started to get catchy and squeak when we turn them. I pulled the valves/cartridges (cartridge part # 1222) out and lubed them with plumbers silicone. Now they are working much better.
