Compact with powerful batteries.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit was purchased for a datacenter environment. One time the power went out and the unit kicked in with ample power exceeding the said specifications - probably due to the Li-ion batteries.Nice design, too!

Finally! A light, rack-mountable Li-ion UPS...

I have started using these for all our sites as they are a fraction of the weight of the old UPS, the batteries last 2 times as long (up to ten years) and they are so much easier to install. The integrated network card is long overdue. Now if only there were a 2200V model, i'd make it standard equipment to deploy everywhere....

Another Leading-Edge Li-Ion UPS from APC!

I've been wanting a smaller Lithium-Ion battery powered UPS, and it's FINALLY HERE! With up to a reduction of up to 47% in Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) over the lifetime of the UPS, it's almost a no-brainer. This smaller version of the larger SMTL1500RM3UC takes up slightly less rack space (2U instead of 3U) to mount this new unit, and the chassis DEPTH is still only 12 inches!!! Pure sine wave output waveform and Cloud enabled “Smart Connect” makes for an almost perfect 750VA UPS. I love it!!!
