DON'T BOTHER ORDERING THIS ITEM ONLINE!!!

Wanted to wear this dress for a casual birthday dinner this Saturday, as blue is my favorite color. I am on a strict budget, so this dress fit both requirements. I literally placed an order for this dress twice in past two weeks And both times, the order went from being delayed to being cancelled by Walmart! Customer service was nice enough, but couldn't really explain effectively why this kept happening. The time it was cancelled, they offered a discount code %26 told me to place the order again, assuring me it would arrive in time. Only for the same thing to happen a second time. All I wanted was the dress I paid for, to be delivered. I checked %26 it's not available in any stores close to me %26 it doesn't even give an option for delivery to the store. So now I'm back to square one, with no dress. I am a super loyal Walmart customer, but this experience was horrible! SUPER FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE OVERALL…
