Healthier than popular energy drinks. Im glad my boyfriend switched to these. Coffee wasn't strong enough for him, but he does try to be aware of what he puts in his body. It tastes good enough that even I like it, whereas I do not like other energy drinks.

I did not realize it was caffeine till y'all just mentioned it...that's why I said 2 stars. if you're getting it for a caffeine jolt .. DON'T. it's better than any energy drink I've ever drank! no kidding...and I'm 61. This drink is fabulous! it's very tasty...I've tried five flavors (straw/water, orange, cherry, and lemon,/ rasb). it also fills you up whether you drink it alone or with your meal. and helps your poopy too. it's a fantastic diet plan. I drink one before I eat and sometimes don't even eat but always less. I've used for two months now and it has replaced sodas for me. And I feel less bloated...oh and no swelling in legs now! THIS IS PROBABLY ONE OF THE BEST DRINKS AND OR DIET PLANS I'VE EVER KNOWN AND THAT'S NOT FAKE IT'S REAL THANK YOU WALMART FOR HAVING THE CASE OF IT BECAUSE THE SINGLE BOTTLES I DON'T RECOMMEND YOU BUY EXCEPT MAYBE TO TRY ONE AT 2:40 OR 278 I THINK THEY'RE A LITTLE HIGH BUT THE 1995 FOR THE CASE IS DEAD ON THANK YOU
