Definitely worth it.

My husband got dry eye after cataract surgery. He blinks, scrunches his eyes, rubs his eyes and can’t have a fan in the room. Bought this on a “let’s give it a try” day and it works! He said he was skeptical but first day he noticed a difference. So much so he actually mentioned it to me - which never happens. He said his eyes aren’t so dry and he blinks a lot less now. Said he’d forgotten how it felt to not blink all the time.

They helped my dry eyes.

I have lived with severe dry eyes all of my life. It's horrible and I keep eye drops with me constantly. I saw these advertised and thought it certainly couldn't hurt. First, they are a fat oval pill and if you have a hard time taking pills it may be an issue. You take them once a day. I noticed a huge difference within a week. I don't use as many eyes drops as before. My eyes stay more comfortable, and that's saying alot given it's springtime. I can't completely stop my eye drops, but I don't need them as often. Anyone suffering with dry eyes should give them a try. It can't hurt, and if they help you it's a win.
