Make sure to put on right side up :)

Works as expected. When putting on, "this side up" means this side up facing the sky with the wheels on the ground, lol... The sharp edge of the blade goes closest to the grass. Works wonderful this way!

What a difference a blade makes

The blade worked great and came sooner than expected, however, some information would have been helpful. First know that "this side up" is in VERY small print on the little label that was on the blade. Took me a minute to find it even though I was relatively certain which way it went. The other thing that would have been helpful to know and saved me some time to research is the fact that the blade is NOT sharp and that it is specifically coated with something that will wear off as it is used. I would never have believed this would cut anything had I not experienced it first hand. I was sure there was some plastic coating that had to be peeled off but was reassured by a mower dealer that there was not and that the blade would cut and that coating would wear off. This was my first time replacing a blade so had no idea that was the case so anyone purchasing this, be aware of this. I did see a marked difference in how my mower cut my grass so blade replacements definitely make a difference and will become a maintenance item for me going forward.
