Blackstone ProSeries 5 Burner 28" Propane Griddle with Range Top

Easy assembly- just have to put some doors and handles on. Works beautifully right out of the box. Drawer glides are smooth. Nice looking piece. The 2 outside burners could use to be a bit further away so you can put it's on them and also there could use to be some heat deflectors or shields somewhere- it gets super hot on both side surfaces. Other than that it's perfect!

This product weighs in at 251 pounds and is in a LARGE box, you'll need a couple of strong people to help move it at the final landing location !!! Blackstone comes well packed, main section is pre assembled as is the griddle and lid. Screws are mostly pre-inserted/assembled for you, easy to put together and get ready to season within 30 minutes. Followed simple instructions in manual to season using Blackstone products, worked as they said it would, up and cooking dinner that night! Never used a griddle before…. But cooked the Best tasting food and ALL plated together, could not believe how fast it all cooked, and how easy it was to use, no drama, just controllable cooking of a large amount of different foods… wonderful! Advantages of griddle just beginning to dawn on me and watching other user videos show unlimited ideas for great meals. Glad I've switched from grill to griddle, should have done it years ago ! Blackstone quality looks and feels top shelf, let's see as time progresses.
