My wife and I just had twin girls a few weeks ago. This was her first Mother's Day. She wanted a Blackstone grill so bad. So I ponied up and ordered from them. But then found the bigger version at Walmart for the same price I paid for smaller one at Blackstone. Ordered it and got it a few hours later. Grill was easy to put together and she's in love. I think she believes we had triplets now instead and is about ready to name this grill

I Love My Blackstone Griddle

This griddle is great. There is a learning curve to get the best out of your griddle. I opted for the 36 inch griddle because it has four heat control knobs and this allows me to vary the temperature which makes cooking easier. As food gets close to being done you can move the food to a low heat area while cooking other items on the hotter sections. Clean up is easy as well. I have made hibachi, fish tacos, smash burgers, big breakfasts and much more. My wife and I enjoy entertaining. Our guests rave about the food we make on our Blackstone. I watched a number of videos on YouTube to learn from others about cooking tips and to discover some wonderful recipes. I highly recommend the Blackstone griddle.
