Nice alternative, to dealing with/preventing rust.

I was reluctant to buy another B;ackstone griddle as we just don't seem to do well maintaining the cooking surface. Rust- Not blaming the griddles 100%. When we saw this nonstick aluminum cooking surface with 2 burners, we decided to try it. Portable, heats up quickly and evenly. Extremely non stick with VERY easy cleanup. Using plastic utensils is a small price to pay for the lack of potential rust headaches. You can just push fried eggs all over like they are on skates, same with pancakes. As others have said, the "latch on the right side that keep the cooking surface in place is VERY finicky. Best way to use it is to tip the whole thing so you can see what the tab is doing when you are turning it. The hinge mechanism could be sturdier, but once you know how to use it, it's not an issue.
