Why did I wait so long?!
I can finally leave a review for this amazing grill!! Over the weekend, my family and I made our own Japanese Steak House meal. Fried rice, shrimp, chicken, steak and veggies. The Blackstone Griddle does it all! I seasoned my grill four times with oil only per the directions and then cooked a week later. Cleanup is very easy, leave the heat on high and use the scraper (kit sold separate) and it is good to go for the next round. The following morning, I also cooked breakfast and was just as impressed. Everyone that shared the experience wants one of these and raves about it to our other friends. I have only cooked two meals thus far, but I cannot see why there would be ANY bad reviews from an every day food griller. I caught this at the right time when it was on sale, so that makes everything so much better.

We gutted our kitchen and were having to eat out every day until we bought this griddle. We have cooked bacon and eggs, pancakes, French toast, hamburgers, sautéed veggies with shrimp, sliced sausage and more! If the griddle is level, the grease flows right into the drain pan. It is easy to clean. I also ordered the Blackstone spatula and scraper set.

when i watched bruce Mitchell from swamp people using his and after reading all the other reviews it made me want one. Its very durable and very well made. If you have back issues like i do i would recommend getting help lifting the griddle. Id also recommend seasoning the griddle more then what the book says i seasoned mine only 3 times and need to reseason it food still sticks. Other then this i love mine I've had it only a week or two now and I'd recommend this to anyone awesom product.
