The Blackstone is fantastic. I wish I wouldn't have hesitated on the purchase for so long. Assembly takes a bit longer than the 30 minutes. It didn't come with batteries for the ignition button. Don't forget those, it won't start otherwise. But a long handled lighter also works if you don't have batteries. The seasoning is a little tedious but once your past all the above it's awesome. Cleanup is fairly simple. The biggest plus for me is keeping the cooking odors such as bacon or fish outside of the home. It's also much easier to clean the blackstone than the kitchen stove. The air fryer %26 warming drawer is an added bonus. So far the items I've cooked in the air fryer come out much better than the oven.

l picked the grill up from the store, and it wouldn't fit in my SUV. The store employees took all the parts out of the box and repacked them into my vehicle for me. It took some doing and some time, but they got it done. As it was a surprise for my husband's birthday, I was really, really grateful for their kind help. We love the Blackstone and use it all the time. Food tastes great cooked on this grill!!!!

I got this as a gift for my husband. He had a smaller griddle. He didn't know if he wanted the air fryer, but we used ours inside all the time so I thought we should try. We love this combo! The air fryer works great. It's so nice cooking in one spot, vs some inside/outside. We got a great end of the year deal too!
