Having had these tires for a while now, I find myself liking how they handle and wear. I only had to replace for road hazards. The thing that surprised me though, was how quiet the BlackHawks are relative to my previous tires. That was mentioned as a selling point, but it turned out better than I expected.

ANGRY AND DISTORTED!!!!

the tires are good. But service at the auto center was the worst that I have ever seen, regarding customer service. For two days I called the center to inquire about the tires and no one answered the phone. When I went to the store. They were there on the floor and had not been checked in so the app stated that they were not there although they were. Also, the installation process was horrible. I paid for my product and installation online. However, due to an error on their part. They would not release my car until they could close the acct. The assistant saw the receipt and stated that the glitch happened before with another customer and they got tires free. Finally, the store manager had them release my car. This has been a horrible experience. I will never shop at their auto store again. Also, I had to call the corporate office to find out about my tires. The only compensation I received was a 10 dollar discount and a ticked off attitude.

They are slightly noiser than the factory tires, nothing that is concerning. The wet/slush ability of the tires is great. Snow has been fine as well. Happy with the performance of them versus the pricing. I bought another set for our other vehicle already based on this experience. 23 Vw Atlas and 23 Vw Tiguan
