I loved the tires but customer service was horrible the worst. The lady was rude, the check up took more than 40 min and when asked just to give me the tires and i would take them to be installed she got upset and she decided to bring them to me and throw them on the floor vs placing them inside my car. I had to lift them. The good think i was not disabled or even old to pick them up. Worst customer service ever.

Awesome tires for the price - installation was not great. They have markers on the side of the tire to match up the valve stem and they weren't used. Luckily it isn't an issue that will screw up my tires.
