Yes! I have 3 jewelry boxes and my things have been scattered between them. This has allowed me to put all in one place for the most part. The lock is kind of cheesy but for now it at least works. It has a clasp but I may eventually put a band of some kind around it to make sure it doesn't fall open when moving it and spill everything someday but otherwise it is great!
