Smart Essentials 14-Day Pill Organizer- Four Compartments for Each Day

It's been great to use for a twice-daily schedule, the whole month fits. I was interested in something with a clasp and I'm happy with how this one works. When I fill it, in each strip I do AM on both the outer boxes and PM meds in middle boxes. After the top week is used I flip them around so the lower two boxes are now at the top of the sleeve, so when you flip them it's always AM on top and PM below and each day you are always in the same strip.  I am being careful with the plastic sleeve they are held in because I can see it becoming a problem with ripping or poking a hole if you push at the bottom or pull at the side. The plastic is loose enough so it's not too rigid but it holds them in place well. So far (it's been a few months now) I have enjoyed having it and easy to use, no complaints. I think it might last several years, I've enjoyed it enough that it will still be a good purchase if it only lasted one. With care I think it will last.
