Product details
Black Massacres is A Tribute to Black Wall Street, The Black Massacre in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Which is just one of the last, of the 27 Black Massacres that happened, after the Civil War started. Black Massacres is the First book of a series to be released from Maham the Mentor on Black American History. He was tired of hearing how some people in the government wanted to limit the amount of Black History we teach our children. In 2021 our votes count more than ever. Most of these Black Massacres were behind the Black vote. Democracy can't work if we do not participate. Going through these horrific events, you'll discover why, we as Black people didn't vote. Voter's suppression and limiting Black History has been here since 1870s, that's when the 15th Amendment was passed. I did not write this book to shame or condemn any white person for their ancestors for participating in slavery. I wrote this book to educate my people about how we as Black people evolved up out of a very bad situation to where we're at today. As a youth mentor, I hear young and sometimes old people saying nothing has changed. It has changed dramatically. Black American greatness was not a revolution; it has been an evolution. A long process of advancements. Each one playing a role. This book is a sad one. My next book. Black Excellence will highlight the numerous great Black Americans who are definition of Black Excellence according to Maham the Mentor. If you knew better, than you'll do better. The more you know, the less you can be manipulated, by someone else, even me. Maham the Mentor.
Maham the Mentor life has been extremely unique so far. He has had a lot of good times and a lot of bad times, but he has never given up on himself. His experiences have turned him into a very serious person, with a very positive attitude about his future. He knows, that if he puts his mind to it, nothing is impossible. Before becoming aware that he wanted to be a mentor. He was already studying to be an entrepreneur and learning about business and accounting.
Maham the Mentor was paroled out of prison in 2014. He immediately helped his twin brother with starting his own company called Superior Wash, a Truck washing service business in Memphis, TN. It took a couple of years, but the business has been successful and steady growing. Maham the Mentor was fully discharged from ALL Criminal Cases in 2016. He lives a free life as a Mentor, Servant-Leader, Entrepreneur, truck driver and brother. He lives in Castle Hills in Carrollton, Tx. He is the Founder and Executive Director of the Society of Is-Real. A Youth Development Organization. And he's also a volunteer for numerous non-profit organizations like the MOF (Miles of Freedom) organization, who helps Ex-offenders getting out of prison. And the PEP (Prison Entrepreneurship Program) which he won #1 Entrepreneur in his class, helps ex-offenders transform back into to society from prison and starting businesses. And OGU (Original Gangster University), which is all about stopping the violence in the Dallas and other cities around the Nation.
