Must Have in your Health Regime

This combination Black Elderberry capsule with Echinacea, turmeric, garlic and zinc ... etc ... is a must have supplement. This supplement combines all of the top ingredients that are reported to aid in boosting your health and immune system. In this new age of coronavirus - we need to stay on top of helping to boost our own immune system. I take these, 2 capsules, daily. I won't miss. These supplements have replaced individual supplements and now i still get the supplements that I truly believe in, Elderberry, turmeric, garlic, zinc but in 1 capsule, vs taking 4 different supplements. This is an awesome combination supplement. Their size is just right for swallowing and not choking. Their capsules are not big and they are not small, but more of a normal medium size capsule. If you are not allergic to any of the ingredients, everyone needs to be on these.

Great ingredients

I have been taking these supplements for the past Eight days and they seem to be made up of Ingredients that are very popular. I have used Most of these ingredients before in other forms And mostly separate but this is the first time that I am using the ingredients in one capsule and That is very convenient for me as I am not Using three or four different capsules I like that They are easy to swallow and I take them with My breakfast. The ingredients listed are some Of the same recommended by my doctor to Build my immune system against the virus. Well done!

I received the Sambucus Black Elderberry capsules in the two pack. These capsuels are a two month supply (one bottle each month) and include many immune boosting ingredients. There are 60 capsules in each bottle, but you take 2 each dose. It contains Echinacea, Turmeric, garlic, zinc, viamin C, vitamin E, B6, Probiotics and L-glutamine. These capsules boost the immune system and are anti-inflammatory. I usually purchase the Sambuccus gummies but I thought I would give these a try. I do still like the gummies because they are easy to chew when going out the door. However these capsules do have so much more ingredients in them than the gummies. I will note you are supposed to take 2 each dose and I was only taking 1 at first. The capsules are not small but still easy to swallow but do not give any after taste or anything. I was worried with the garlic it would have after taste but it does not. I do not take these every day but mainly when I want to give myself a little boost. Don't know I notice a ton of difference in my energy or anything but hopefully it is helping my immune system overall.
