Cover and cook over medium - high heat 16 to 19 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Careful, it's hot! Stir and serve. Stove Top - 1/3 Bag. Preferred Method: 1. Open one sauce pouch and one-third of the frozen meal (about 4 cups) into a large nonstick skillet. Add 1/3 cup of water. 2. Cover and cook over medium - high heat 10 to 11 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Careful, it's hot! Stir and serve. Microwave Oven - 1/3 Bag: Do not microwave in bag. 1. Open one sauce pouch and empty into an 8 - inch square microwave - safe dish. Add one - third of the frozen meal (about 4 cups) and 2 tbsp of water and cover. 2. Microwave on high 5 minutes; stir thoroughly and replace cover. 3. Microwave an additional 4 to 5 minutes. 4. Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Careful, it's hot! Let stand covered 2 minutes. Stir and serve. Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Pull to open.
