Biotene Oralbalance Dry Mouth Moisturizer Gel 1.50 oz (Pack of 4)

I suffered recurring cancer in my mouth (non-smoker, little drinking). I had an operation to remove the primary cancer in my tonsil area and cancerous lymph nodes in my neck. This was followed by radiotherapy and chemotherapy (first in 2012 and again in 2017). As a result, my saliva glands were damaged and until discovering Oral Balance I struggled with severe dry mouth during the night. I had tried various sprays and gels but most were flavoured, too sweet and didn't give me much relief. Oral Balance is neutral in flavour, consistency is good and it is not too sweet. I keep a tube of it by my bedside and if I wake during the night and my mouth is becoming dry I simply apply another small amount which sees me through til the morning.

I have been using this for years for chronic dry mouth which gets worse with my c-pap use. This is the only thing that works and keeps my mouth comfortable during the night. The other Biotene products don't work. Why can't I find this? I have been out for months now and can't use my c-pap all night without it.
