Helpful during those times when you just have a dry mouth, it's also very helpful and healthy for your gums to stay moist. (not a fan of that word, but there it is.) It's a good product. Pricey, not gonna lie, but it's worth it. It's part of a morning's healthy mouth routine. You wake, you brush your teeth, you soak your gums in your Listerine, let's say or other bacteria-killing rinse and then you use this to round things out. If you suffer from a chronic dry mouth like some do who are living with Sjogren's disease… (that is hard to live with) but this does help that! Everyone around you will thank you and your mouth won't make that noise…. you know the one I mean. :) P.s. This product doesn't burn your mouth. It's almost too sweet, but you get used to it.

Biotin overring for dry mouth. I always buy it here at Walmart because they're basically the only store that carries since I have dry mouth and it's a pretty good brand. I like buying this when I run out I come to Walmart to buy this product.
