Biolage Matrix 880 Men's Board Sport Boots with MOZ Cable Lacing System Waterproof Integrated Liner

I'm returning the Biolage Matrix 880 Snowboard Boots due to significant discomfort and poor performance. While the product description emphasizes comfort, support, and a secure fit, my experience was the opposite. I typically wear size 10 in Nike shoes and ordered the same size, but these boots run noticeably large, leading to a poor fit. The boots also lack proper layering and padding: there's only a single, stiff shell, unlike most snowboard boots that have an inner liner or cushioning system. This resulted in immediate foot pain and zero support. Unfortunately, I had no alternative as my ski trip was starting, so I wore them once and deeply regretted it. The discomfort was so severe that I had to rent a different pair of boots for $80 just to salvage the rest of the trip. These boots not only failed to deliver on comfort and support but actually caused pain that interfered with my ability to enjoy snowboarding. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them and believe the product description overstates the quality and comfort.
