Very effective

I notice the effect of these pills right away, more so than a different brand that I had tried. Being a middle-aged man, I definitely notice the metabolic slowdown and the tendency of fat to accumulate in my midsection. 7 keto helps to keep me lean and to keep my thermic energy momentum while I am intermittent fasting.
