Item I recieved was different than the pictures shown. Minor things as far as different control modules on the handle bars but pretty much the same scooter. Pitiful excuse for a manual was included that left me unable to do things like switch to mph vs km. Cant find anything online for my different control modules and thus far have recieved supplemental instructions from the manufactorer for the old control modules not the ones I have. Also had to seek out supplemental instructions for a complete installation of the seat component. Lastly I havn't been able to take the speed limiter off for my own private use on private land due to once again a lacking manual. I will say this though the different screen I got is much bigger and nicer than what was depicted. Twist throttle instead of thumb throttle. NFC I am not a fan of but some might be. So far customer support has been fairly responsive and I will update my review if we ever get on the same page as far as what product did I actually recieve.
