I combine this with the constant comment black tea and honey instead of sugar in the morning and it is a MUST HAVE in the morning for me now. Its a perfect companion to ease me into the morning and gives me a moment of zen/relaxation to enjoy my morning before the day gets busy! If you're adventurous, I encourage you to try my "Tea blend".. peppermint, constant comment and honey.. it is devine!

One ingredient

For the simple people out there, you can't get any simpler than this. Peppermint leaves are the only ingredient on the list, no additives or fillers. The tea flavor is more earthy than others that I've tried, great for calming an upset stomach or just to relax and unwind without caffeine. Bigelow is a great company and I highly recommend their entire lineup of teas.

Whether for a cold day, or making minty ice tea, this is a quality purchase. Best used for "bubble guts" or inflammation, this peppermint tea rocks! Also, if your breath stinks, it's probably your gut energy, drink peppermint tea, your spouse, co-workers, and your kids will thank you. Cheers!
