It should be a great product without having an actual bedet

I have not used the product yet? But I could only imagine I would love it because I have used bedets all my life.The plastic release latch broke off. Thay is why I am asking for a replacement unit for fear that if I put it on, I will not be able to take it off. Thank you.

This bidet is amazing! I am very happy with my purchase. Don't know why this was given marginal ratings for water temp. Water temperature control is excellent. Deodorizer feature works extremely well! Power wash, massage, and pulse functions are amazing! Dryer works well also. My only issue is that the seat top is a little lightweight be sure not sit on top when closed. Besides that 5 stars! Don't think about it, JUST BUY IT!!!!

my hole has never been so clean!

Quick Prime ship, packaged safely. Easy to install. Only 1 question, did the arrow on the seat bracket need to point to the front or the back. (it points to the back. The side with the lip goes to the back. It's what you think, but not part of the documentation anywhere, but if you watch the video on installing you can see the lip goes towards the tank)Easy to use. You can adjust the heat on the seat, the water, and the air. Only time will tell about longevity, but it all seems well enough made. It's not the cheapest, but not the most expensive, but it is very functional!
