It's a really pretty gold metallic gel and squeezes out of the tube very easily. This would be ideal for anytime you want to decorate baked goods and need ready-to-use icing.

Great sparkle!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the sparkle! And the tube is the perfect size to hold when writing and decorating. The gel did not spread out after making the design -- remained how I wanted it. It also would stand out on most colors of icing, not just white. Perfect for Christmas and New Year's baking and decorating.
