You will need: 3 Tablespoons Water 1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil 1 Egg* *For cakelike brownies, use 3 tablespoons water, 1/3 cup vegetable oil and 2 eggs. 1. Heat oven to 350�F for aluminum or glass pan or 325�F for nonstick pan. Grease bottom of pan. 2. Stir Brownie Mix, Chocolate Syrup pouch, water, oil and egg in medium bowl until well blended. Spread evenly in pan. 3. Bake as directed below or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out almost clean; cool. Betty�s Tip: To cut warm brownies easily, cut with plastic knife using short sawing motions. Store tightly covered. Pan Size: 8�x 8� 9�x 9� 11�x 7� Bake Time (in minutes):35-38 28-31 26-29 High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Decrease bake time for all pans by 5 minutes.

I don't understand the bad reviews. These taste the same way they always have in my opinion. These have been our favorite brownies for many years.

Um first of all, don't listen to the whiny little
Um first of all, don't listen to the whiny little babies in these reviews. This brownie mix is good. It's your standard fudgey chocolatey brownie mix. Second, if you came here looking for what time you should bake your brownies in a 9x13 pan because FOR SOME REASON THEY DECIDED NOT TO LIST THE BAKING TIME FOR THE MOST STANDARD SIZE PAN, start with about 20 minutes, and then just keep an eye on the brownies until you can insert a toothpick and it comes out mostly clean. What a mess of a product. I liked the brownies I made though lol!
