Instructions
You Will Need: 2/3 cup water; 1/4 cup vegetable oil; 2 eggs. 1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F or 375 degrees F for nonstick pan. Grease bottom of pan. 2. Stir Coffee Cake Mix, water, oil and eggs in medium bowl just until blended (batter may be lumpy). Pour into pan; spread evenly. Sprinkle streusel over batter; press lightly. 3. Bake as directed in chart below or toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely before storing. Pan Size: 8 inch x 8 inch; Bake Time: 30-35 (in minutes). Pan Size: 9 inch x 9 inch; Bake Time: 25-30 (in minutes). Pan Size: 11 inch x 7 inch; Bake Time: 22-27 (in minutes). High altitude (3500-6500 ft): No change.

I prefer more streusel personally, but I could always make a small batch of my own and add on top. I liked that the cake had cinnamon pieces throughout which really added to the flavor. It wasn't dry and was more of a cake consistency. Very delicious, I'd buy it again for sure.

I am glad I still bought this after I read the reviews. This crumb cake is super simple to make. The instructions are clearly written and easy to follow. The cake has a lot of cinnamon bursts and the topping is enough for a nice full coverage even layer. Yummy!
