I am a fan of mayo, but in my quest to eat healthier I've been paying more attention to the nutrition labels and ingredients. I chose this brand because they use avocado oil instead of seed or vegetable oils found in most brands of mayo, which results in an overall more expensive product. I've have other brands of avocado or olive oil mayos and find the taste of the Betterbody to be just as good.
