i mix it with my chocolate carnation breakfast essentials powder, it doesnt taste nasty and its got fiber and protien. i would let it soak in whatever liquid youre using because the chia seeds need time to expand. if you eat em before theyve absorbed some liquid it will take the liquid from inside you and that can mess with your guts

Taste Great with Orange Juice. I really like this fruit fiber powder. It is a healthy concentrated powder of fruits and veggies along with anti-inflammatory healing turmeric. Upon seeing that this powder had turmeric in it, I expected it to taste bitter and, well, a bit gross. I know that turmeric is perfect for reducing inflammation and is generally perfect when you are starting, or changing work out routine, your really need to have an all-natural inflammatory incorporated into your diet. To my surprise this was perfect! I used a fork to really mix the powder into my orange juice and drink it first thing in the morning before working out. I guess you can drink it after working out as well, to incorporated it as a recovery drink for your body. Mixing it with a fork really helped get rid of any clumps. You can also use a shaker bottle, or blend it into a morning smoothie, any way is great. I mixed mine with another amino acid powder and the two flavors blended very well. This is a great powder mix to incorporate into your diet for new weight loss routines. The fiber will help get rid of unwanted waste, which add to insufficient absorption, helping to promote a better metabolism with healing turmeric.
