it will not let me put a picture on there.

I got this and had it all together and realized the rod with the rubber tip was missing Ans sent email to the company, and they wanted a receipt, and I told them all I have is the purchase on mt desktop. so, I had to take pictures. after about an hour or so back and forth they said they would replace the part but if i have any further problems i would need a receipt. I've never had this happen before. i guess i should have boxed it up and sent it back for a replacement
