What a terrific futon. It was so easy to put together. You only have to attach the arms and the legs. The screws and other necessary tools all come in one package. Directions are simple to follow. I believe it took me about 30 minutes to put together. It's comfy enough to take a nap without laying it out. My dog loves it.

I've had this couch for about 3 weeks and I LOVE IT! I was pretty hesitant about this considering it was cheaper than most I had found elsewhere. Many people are surprised I bought this from Walmart. I bought the Blue Velvet couch. The color is exactly what I wanted and true to the advertisement. I hope the photo I have attached shows it's true beauty! Most reviews on other velvet couches claimed that the couches were terribly uncomfortable and too firm. This one is perfect! I don't think it's too firm at all. It's definitely not a big plushy couch you sink deep into but that's just not what type of couch this is. I am usually laid out with a pillow and blanket to watch TV and I find it comfortable. I would definitely suggest a couple of pillows if you like to lean on the arm of the couch. The arms have very little cushion. My daughter and I both slept on this last night and it was fine. I don't think I would sleep on it often. I think it may have been because I'm too tall to really stretch out on it. I'm 5'8. After putting it together, I applied two light layers of Scotchgard to protect the couch from toddler spills or any other accidents. I found a spot today from something that left a spot and left the fabric "pickly." I took a damp tea towel and was able to wipe it off and there was no discoloration or change in the feel of fabric.
