I was surprised that this arrives fully assembled. This is a nice quality, solidly constructed product. Nicely fabriced, solidly sewn and solid stitching pattern/lines, and nice, solid good quality swivel. This is actually used as a footrest for me as an addition to my office-chair environment, -that is the reason I got it, -and it works great for me for that purpose. I'm pleased with this purchase.
