Outdoor lanterns—beautiful.

This lanterns are awesome. I have had them since April and they look great so far. I will probably bring them in for winter, but they are really nice. I had to throw out the ones I paid $100 for from a very well respected retail store. These are beautiful. Great price and great product!

Better to reorder than replace

Second shipment was very nice, however handle was out of alignment %26 I had to adjust item to use. But item itself is quite lovely. Now on to quality control, shipping %26 customer service. First shipment was broken. Glass door had been damaged and wouldn't open. Hinge/glass/door issue. I choose to have it replaced instead of returned. I took it the very next morning to be sent back. I knew item has to be received before new lateen was mailed out. But it took over 10 days to be shipped. I sent in questions on status and “chat” was not honest about procedure, nor could they tell me about shipping. It was a little difficult finding info on replacement, thankfully I saved email or I may never have known anything about the item.

Great piece; needs better protection when shipped

This one was a struggle - Walmart delivered 3 of these that were damaged, which I had to return / exchange. The final one they shipped to me was fine. But the first 3 were damaged, which meant I had to return them to the Walmart store - AT THE HOLIDAYS. Well, I managed to get it done. Folks working Customer Service were awesome.
