Shade seems to be true to picture. Seems well made. I bought it to put across a large doorway to give a family member privacy during hospice at home, and it is attractive enough that it does not seem out of place.

This is a lovely shower curtain that honestly looks more expensive than it is. I tend to have a preference for the BHG brand because I am seldom let down by the quality and thus far I am feeling positive about this curtain as well. It is was a really nice refreshing change from the drab one I had before. It's so pretty, so elegant, so calming. The matelasse woven fabric is not a print either; it is a true textile with texture and heft, so it does not look thin and cheap like so many shower curtains you'll find online or at discount stores. I find that the sage green color is fairly neutral without being totally bland. It looks great in my bathroom with grayish-beige (greige? haha) walls. I will warn you, since it is a textile you may experience some occasional snagging—my overzealous kittens (if you can see the attached photo…) got their claws into it a couple of times!—but the fabric is such that if you tug it both ways, the snag sort of disappears. The busy matelasse texture mostly hides any imperfections.
