Better Homes & Gardens 17" Architectural Flush Mount Ceiling Light, Gold Finish Frosted Glass Shades

I like the Better Homes & Gardens Three Globe Ceiling Light fixture. It provides a lot of light, and the frosted globes are pleasant to look at when turned off and not hard on the eyes (too much glare) when on. The packaging was nice and not overdone. I was able to get everything out and set up for assembly easily, and the instructions helped me ID what was supposed to be in the box. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. Assembling the three light arms into the base was straightforward, though you will need a small wrench, which is not provided. The arms self-align vertically via an oblong bolt and opening in the fixture, which is nice. The wiring is short, so be prepared to work in a small space. My biggest complaint is that the plastic connectors pre-attached to the wire coming down through the fixtures body could be better. I had trouble getting all three arms fully connected – one would work, and I would try to get the others working and then the first would stop – so I gave up and cut off the connectors in favor of wire nuts. Overall, I am happy with the fixture. It is compact with pleasant lighting.
