Totally love Rodney Yee! I can do my yoga in my own home, on my own time and not even look at the TV, his instruction and direction during the practice is second to none!. I have many dvd's of other instructors, but Rodney has a way of guiding you through a practice that allows you to focus on your practice and not trying to figure anything out.
