Great source of magnesium!

I received this item as a sample to review. I used to get frequent leg cramps. I read sometimes it maybe due to magnesium deficiencies. I was a little skeptical of this product at first. But I've started to take this daily along with drinking 64 oz of water daily and stretching my legs before bedtimes. I have to say, after a week, I've not had any cramps. I realize it could be multiple factors but I'd like to think that this also helped. I would recommend this to a friend.
