I love it. I was nervous after reading all the previous reviews about assembly. But it honestly was not that difficult. The instructions were fine. All parts were included. It took my sister and I about 3 hours to assemble. If you have any experience reading directions and putting things together, you shouldnt have any problems!

The product is a good value compared to other similar items. I'm guessing that at the factory the hardware vacuumed packaging was torn so I received them in a homemade cloth bag with a nice ribbon attached, but nothing was missing. The instructions are just terrible. Please fix your illustrations. I can assemble Ikea furniture blindfolded and I had a hard time putting this one together.

Instructions were vague but we got through. Make sure not to tighten screws too much or metal will bend. A few of the bars came dented although there was no damage to the box so I assume it happened at the factory. There is a small cover that goes on top of the canopy that is packaged with the canopy in case you think its missing like I did. Took a little over 2 hours so put some time aside and its definitely a two person job. Overall it is a very nice pergola and looks great no regrets.
