My grandson was so excited to get a Lamborghini remote control car. They are inexpensive and kids can race them on the patio outdoors or play indoors when it's raining. If the company would install a grommet on the remote wire assembly, it might be less likely to pull apart from the hand device.

I purchased this for my granddaughters who are 4 and 5 years old. I knew it came with a very basic remote control, which is perfect for them. It only took them a few minutes to master the controls. So far, the toy is two weeks old and still works fine, which is saying something. The 3 AA batteries that go into the car are lasting fine and I believe the ones in the remote will last very long as well. We always make sure the car is turned off after they are finished playing with it. It is a pretty cool looking car for the money. I have seen several comments about the small size of the car. It is sold as a 1/24 scale car. It seems similar in size to the 1/24 scale model cars I used to build, so no surprise as to its size. Good fun for smaller kids. Just an FYI, the tail lights only work in reverse.
