Works better than I expected. I wanted to clear my wheels to paint them and everything was going to go down a storm drain so I tried this. Worked very well. It does emulsify rather than liquefy. Translation; requires brushing and stuff accumulates in your brush. I found it easiest to use medium length plastic bristle brushes and to replace them as I went rather than clean them. But I am happy. It worked.
