Great oat meal alt
I've had 4 other brands if you've typed just simply for example oat meal or whatever they own most of the market and their quality is terrible compared to this brands, ingredients are simple no silicone dioxide, excellent size for the cost, I use these to make dense fiber brioche buns and for french toast as well :) Virtually no taste but it is slightly nutty!
