Dosage
Use a non-metal bowl and utensils for mixing. Mix 3 parts water or apple cider vinegar to 1 part clay, and stir into a smooth paste. Add more clay or water as needed. Massage the mask gently onto skin, and let dry for 15 to 20 minutes. Wash with warm water. The pulling and tightening you may feel is the clay binding with toxins and generally healthy blood circulation. Any skin redness will gradually disappear.
Instructions
For Mastitis: Create a poultice or mask of bentonite clay and water and apply externally to the area. Repeat as needed every hour until the infection is gone. For a DIY face mask: Combine 1 part Bentonite clay powder to 3 parts water or apple cider vinegar, and mix into a smooth paste for Earth's most powerful natural facial mask. For a detox bath: Add 4 tablespoons of Bentonite clay powder to your next bath for a natural, detoxifying bath soak that will leave your skin smooth and hydrated.
